Since 2012, I have stumbled upon things (tissue, oil stains, rocks, leaves, paint splatter) shaped like Africa & have captured each finding using my iPhone. As a writer and visual artist, as well as a rhetoric & composition scholar, I am always seeing: looking for the next idea w/which to compose a poem, a blog, a painting. I believe folks attract what they are attracted to, & so, I am not surprised I see Africa regularly.
